Cold and Loose motion. Montac lc. many!

Hi I'm having cold like running nose and mild coughing since last 7 days. Loose stools are not that loose and it keeps coming and going as in some time I get proper stools and sometimes loose and same is with cold . Suddenly I start getting itchiness in nose and start sneezing with running nose During a day but then it gets fine in 4-5 hrs . Both the conditions are ON and OFF. Just to tell you that I'm having slight gastric with some acidity as my food habits have changed and I'm eating outside food . But I'm shifting back to homemade food. Please prescribe what to do . The urgency to go washroom sometimes and continuous sneezing with phlegm coming from nose and throat is driving me crazy and I feel uncomfortable. As of now just took Pantodac DSR one a day before food in morning . Nothing for sneezing. When it gets severe and uncontrollable then I take MONTAC LC . Many Regards Sourabh Bhardwaj
