  4. Cough and cold. Yet. please help!

Cough and cold
Am having cough followed by phlegm and slight cold as well. I haven't taken any medicines yet. Please help

Have steam and try home remedies like ginger honey  or ginger tea for soothing throat. Have plenty of warm fluids and rest. Whether you require medication like antibiotics can only be assessed after more evaluation. Either visit a physician in person or consult online for the same. All the best and get well soon.
