My child is 4 yrs old. She is having cough,cold and runny nose for past one week.i have given mahacef,nolatoux,alex junior for past 3 days.still now she is having cough,runny nose.kindly prefer a better medicine.

Give syp piritone  cs 3 ml 3 Timesa day for 5 days Syp maxtra 3ml 2 times  a day for 5 days As you have already  give course of antibiotics..please  complete  the full course  as advised  to you by doctor
