First and foremost control Diabetes.cough is protective phenomenon. It is good if children,and old people have cough,enough to expectorate. Do not give cough suppressants.May be he require bronchodilators.pl give Pulmoclear syrup, 1tsf 3times a day. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
