Costochondritis and Palpation
From past 1year I am suffering from Costochondritis. In Chest sternum left and right cartilage came little front and tenderness in left rib. Getting pain while walking, running and lifting and sometimes in movement also pain really worse. In rain and cold climate pain will come automatically which is worst moment for me. After the pain started 2months Palpation also started chest will be shaking and in thorat beating fast  ECG, ECO D, Treadmill test and Holter test everything is normal but problem is not solved checked with cardiologist 4-5 person, Ortho and rhemutalogist also but problem not solved please help me from this from past 1year my life is hell

Such pain is known as noncardiac chest pain. It could be because of costochondritis or intercostal muscle spasm. If muscle relaxants and physiotherapy is not helping you then you may benefit from ultrasound guided dry needling or trigger point injection by trained chronic pain specialists. Such pains are routinely managed by chronic pain consultants.
