Simple diclofenac gel like Volini is good one for local applications. In my thinking Dynapar-qps plus spray is good option along with etoricoxib 90mg and ice-pack application.
Next Steps
Kindly reach out clinic for clarification regarding this issue.

Did you consult any doctor? Who diagnosed it ? Costochondritis could be due to multiple reasons . Visit nearest orthopaedic surgeon or take an online consult. Thank you

Health Tips
Almost all the gels available in market have same composition, gel alone will not be enough .

Streching excersies to be learn from physiotherapist for 1-2 dahs them continue  at home  . Take some anti inflammatory medicine prescribed by doctor. Apply ice to that area . ( Put ice im cloth or bag and then apply .do not apply direct to skin) And if have not shown  to orthopaedic then show it  as it should be examined clinically how significant is that .
