Costal cartilage swelling
I have developed right 3rd rib costal cartilage hard swelling after blunt trauma by head of toddler. My xray and other reports are normal. Swelling worsen if massage or pressing. Will arnica Montana 30 will reduce swelling then plz recommend prescribed dose.it is cartilage soft tissue swelling.

Yes, Arnica montana 30 will reduce the swelling. You can take 3 pills 3 times a day. Do not have water or food for 15 mins before and after the dose. Avoid coffee. If your toddler is hurt, he/she can take arnica too.
