I work as a software engineer. Most of my time is spent working on laptop.
Please prescribe me the type of lenses that I should wear during my work. I already suffer from myopia.

Hello dear....
This is computer vision syndrome due to dryness dye to decreased blinking associated with using laptop...
Prevention
1. BLINK A LOT
2. COLD COMPRESSES
3. USE ANTIGLARE GLASSES of good company like swiss or essilor
4. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently
