2. COLD COMPRESSES
3. USE ANTIGLARE GLASSES of good company like swiss or essilor
4. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently
Most importantly follow norms for working on PC :
Take regular breaks
Level of screen should be below the level of eyes
Ac should not blow directly from front
And many more
