I have been corona positive for the past 6 days. I just had fever on the first day, after that not a single fever came, nor did I have a cold cough. Am i ok?

Sometimes young patient do not get any breathing symptoms till their spo2 fall below 85 percent....so plz monitor your spo2 regularly either u have symptoms or not....

Most probably you are ok.. but fo check you spo2 in intervals.
