I have been corona positive for the past 6 days. I just had fever on the first day, after that not a single fever came, nor did I have a cold cough. Am i ok? How many days will it take for me to recover?

Monitoring of temperature,pulse and O2 saturation is required,if all within normal limit, Isolation for atleast 10 days after from the day of symptoms appearance, provided no fever or symptoms for last 3 days of isolation.
