Corns under my right foot

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I developed corns under my right foot between second and third finger. It is paining too much and I face difficulty in walking. I used corn caps but it is of no help. I used moisturiser and this led to skin tearing of the skin. But still problem is same. Please help!
