Hi i am having corn and wart in both the feats and i think it is spreading. What i can do to remove this and what are methods by which it can be removed. What precautions i need to take . Also i am a diabetic patient but as of now my sugar is in control .

On surface both warts and corn may look same but differ at cause and treatment level. Wart is a contagious infection and may spread by contact. Get your feet examined by a qualified dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and then only further treatment can be discussed.
