Wart and corn are confusing sometimes. Both have to be removed. As wart is caused by virus and can keep spreading.  There are salicylic acid with lactic acid combination lotion or only 30 to 40% salicylic acid oint. You have to soak feet in warm saline water for 20 min and scrub the dead tissue and apply petrolatum jelly around corn or wart and apply oint or solution on the lesion and occclude with leucoplaster. Everyday follow this procedure until it comes out. And use proper foot wear. If its not removed bt this method, then parring has to be done. Or excision if its corn ir electrocautery/cryotherapy for wart.
