At a first instance, quit smoking. That may be a cause for your current symptoms and would complicate things in future also.
Consult with a pulmonologist and ask for spirometry test to check your lung function.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. You will need to quit smoking at the earliest. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
