No heart issue suspected but rib area pain has lungs cavity and suspected tuberculosis in hrct but sputum afb and cbnaat negative ...breathlessnes sometimes due go sharp pain when taking breath ...10 days he is having fever also typhoid diagnosed on iv injection of xenon xp Still fever is coming 101-102 the recurrence of fever has lowered but still fever is prominent He has a normal hard function, but im not able to understand the reason of fever and no symptoms of tuberculosis just chronic cough due to copd that too without blood or any trace of foreign particle Hrct says multifocal patch consolidation with internal cavity changes associated with bronchiectasis wall thickening in upper lock bilateral multiple century lobular nodule in tree in bud form He had tuberculosis in childhood
