I am taking Yez regular contraceptive hormonal pill.now I want to switch sevista 30 or novex 30 non hormonal contraceptives.doctor suggest me to take this but also he told me for first 3 months take additional contraception with sevista 30 or novex 30.can I use Yez for first 3 months with sevista or novex 30 for additional contraceptives?I can't use any barrier method for additional contraceptives .because I want to hide contraceptive process from my partner also..please answer me can I take both for first 3 months.
