Condom is best option, it will also prevent if there is any STI. IUD is not recommended for you at this time . And OCP is not good for all time as it causes hormonal imbalances.

Hi, Iud is not a good idea, since it may cause complications when you want to conceive in future. Even pills are not recommended since it causes hormonal imbalance when stopped. Condoms are widely suggested. Also since you're unmarried, condom will prevent any sexually transmitted disease.
