Continuous whole body bone pain
Hi, it's been 2 months now, started with chest pain, then diaphragm pain and now back pain. It's constant. Sleeping or lying down makes it harder for me. My vitamin d levels are low, i started 60k iu, been 2 weeks, still no improvement. Should I be scared. It's like the pain is always there.

I sugesst you. To be get checked clinically by an orthopaedic doctor . To rule out cause related to spine or rheumatology with some blood test . And one more suggestionTo take vit d3  weekly one tablet along with calcium supplement one tablet daily  for proper 2 months  if you do not have any renal stone history.  And if at all your root cause of pain is not related to spine or rheumatology then best treatment for you is physiotherapy  for back and abdomen muscle strengthening exceesies  .  Hope this helps you to slove your queries.
Next Steps
