  4. Continuous High fever. Please suggest.

Continuous High fever
Continuous high fever- 100-105, mostly during night for over 1 week. With vomiting and indigestion, weakness in body and dizziness. Body ache and muscle pain. Tests for malaria, dengue typhoid, widal test, hematology all normal. Please suggest.
