Continuous headache. Pain in the head.

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing continuous headache from last 6 days, the pain is in the entire head. The pain become severe when I m lying down, I feel heaviness on my head all the time. I consulted a GP he prescribed some medicine including - ondem md, zosa, vasograin, no relief, after that I had Naxprosyn 500mg, still no relief, Earlier headache was with nausea, but with medicine nausea is subsided to a great extent, but headache is not just going away. I have done all the basic test like CBC, urine analysis, SGPT, cretanin, all reports are normal. Please suggest what to do as I have consulted 2 GP, no relief, I have hissing sound also in one of my ear from last 4 months. But this headache was sudden , I never had any history with bad headache. Kindly Suggest as it's difficult to live with this continuous pain in the head.
