A 26 y/o patient female has been experiencing fever, headache, sweating, sleepiness, fatigue, and vomiting over the last 2 weeks. The blood test shows high levels of red and white blood cells with parasites present. Would could this be?

It's probably malaria of that is the parasite shown. Please confirm that on Peripheral blood smear for malarial parasite and/or rapid malaria test. Then visit you doctor and start on antimalarials.
