Continuous cough
My father has cough for four months.he underwent some treatments but nothing helped him to cure.He is now 63,5 years back he had operation regarding thoracic aneurysm .After operation he was fine with his health.Now he facing Fatigue,loss of appetite and continuous cough.Doctor was examined blood check,cough check and all but no issue found.

Cough can be due to multiple reasons. Infection and non infectious causes like allergy, and asthma like illness and smoking related lung disease. Hope the tuberculosis has been ruled out by sputum examination.
