Yes it could be due to allergy to dust/ fumes/ odour etc
It can also be due to sinusitis if you have headache and other symptoms
Also allergy could be the cause for sinusitis
You can try personal protective methods like avoiding factors that trigger sneezing, using a mask.
You can also take steam to relieve symptoms
