I am in big trouble,365 days If i work any small task. Sweating starts and fell hot, as well as Sneezing Starts and runny nose continues.
Sweating stops when I sleep for more than 15 minutes, but Sneezing and runny nose continues.

Hi dear
I understand it well as many people suffer from some sort of allergies like the one u have mentioned
I agree taking medicine for so long is not a good idea and so I would like to know more details about ur condition so that we can find the things that triggers ur sneezing and so then we can prevent taking medicine
