Had sex with known person with hiv negative im diagnosed with para aorthic lymphadenopathy ? Am I hiv positive? I have adequate platelets and after some medications Para aorthic areas was normal am I need to concern? This incident was 3 years back in 2019 i even had gastric problem and stool bleeding doc gave smuth cream it was normal this was 5-6 years back I had anal sex i was receiver and giver till now I didn't tested my cbc cuc and platelets are adequate

So first get tested... If they were negative you've no risk either. However I feel it isn't related to that lymphadenopathy could be due to a lot of reasons. I recommend consult as I might've to ask a few personal questions which won't be very comfortable for you.
If you don't want to consult, take a test for Triple "H" antigens. You might've to go for post exposure prophylaxis too. Also don't tell platelets we need to know your wbc
