Being an investment banker, your need to be on laptops and gadgets produce awkward postures. The pain is secondary to fatigued and overworking muscles of the back. The back muscles have to work more to counteract the pull of gravity and the awkward postures of daily activities. They get irritated and stiff, thereby compromising with the flexibility.
Next Steps
WFH ergonomics, laptop ergonomics, regular stretching exercises.
