I am 15 years old my wieght is continously increasing i am working for this issue since i was 10 but still it's not resolved i also went gym when i was 13 at that time my wieght was 56 kgs but it causes serious pain in my stomach .In this 2 years i gained almost 20 kgs my wieght is 75 kindly suggest me what should i do?

You have not mentioned your height. I need that information. Have you been investigated for PCOD & hypothyroidism? These 2 conditions need to be rule out first.

Please get yourself examined for the pain in abdomen.
Only then resume your workout after your doctor's advise.
Ask the examining physician to advice you the best form of work out ( considering the pain)
