I have long sight problem and I am using speticles regularly so I have some pain at above part of my ears due to those speticles.so I want to use contact lens for my sight. What will I have to do for using contact lens,is there any treatment needed to use them????? Or use them directly as speticles????

You can use soft contact lens of same power as glasses
An ophthalmologist will examine you and guide you about their use
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
