Your myopic power is less than -4D,your corneal thickness is around 485 micron,-1D myopic correction reduces thickness of cornea around 35 microns,it is possible you will be emmetropic after LASIK, Still remaining corneal thickness will be more than 300 microns which is quite safe provided other parameters are not contradictions for surgery. Around -4 D myopic power has lots advantages after 40 yrs ,you will never need reading glasses after 40 yrs if you don't undergo for surgery, please take 2nd opinion before undergoing surgery.

hello
at this thickness, either you go for bladefree lasik assuming 485 is the thinnest point of cornea
else PRK is better
kindly share your medical records so that i may guide you better
Cornea is a bit on the thinner side, but u will have to consult a cornea or refractive surgeon to make sure if u r eligible for surgery. If not Lasik, then other options will be explained to u.
