Constipationlowerbackpain. Now.

I am getting much problems from past fivr years.i have pain in lower right back which increases to thighs.i have consulted to much doctors(only physicians). Also I noticed the pain usually comes after masturbation and if I don't masturbate for a time period then night fall occurs along with nightmares and the pain comes. But it is not only the pain.i get constipation both in stool and urine. Sometimes I get blood coloured stool also but constipation occurs daily. There is a frequent urge to urinate at night.also i m suffering from urine incontinence.sometimes urine(drops) comes after sneezing.daily i have get much bloating. There is alwYs a sensation that the bladder is not empty. And I can't get erection for a longer time seems like I am having erectile dysfunction. I can't even satisy my partner. Plz somebody help me. I hate my existence now.
