Constipation - When I Pass Stool Everytime The First Part Of

When i pass stool everytime the first part of stool is veryhard and rest is normal. I also have pain in lower left abdomen before passing stool and its fine after passing stool. First part of stool is very hard like stone And causes fissure while passing it
