Constipation
We have baby boy of 7 months. He has constipation problem. Can you please suggest how it can be relieved permenantly. We have given him cremafin as doctor consultation but this also is temporarily fixing.

What actually you meant by constipation? If child is passing hard stools but daily, not necessarily it's constipation. At this age many of babies do pass stool infrequently even once in 2-4 days, but if baby is otherwise playful, active, accepting feeds well, passing urine well, not having vomiting, stomach is soft on pressing slowly, no need to worry.

1 stop giving unnecessary medicine
2 give fresh fruit juice prepared at home without straining
3 give vegetable soup without straining
4 give good quantity of water

any of above symptoms arises like vomiting, decrease feed acceptance, hard feeling of stomach on gentle pressure, any unusual behaviour of child meet pediatrician.
