Constipation thin stools abdomen pain gas problems nausea for more than two year. Blood test thyroid Endoscopy results negitive. Colonoscopy no findings except one small polyp not removed and internal piles. bowels are not cleared in one go and very little stool is ejected with straining. Regular medicines Neksium Gastracive, recent pain n rectum

For constipation take sup duphalac 15ml during night time or tab dulcoflex during night time. For pain take tab dolo 650mg. Eat fibre rich foods and regular exercise so that ur bowel movement will active and do not sit for long hours.
