I have problem in defecation every morning. It takes me around 25mins in the morning.
I like to keep clean stomach for whole day. So I pressurise myself in the morning itself.
After every other meals, even I eat normal size meal, I start feeling pressure. Also I am facing huge gastric issues. In order to control fart, it becomes more problematic and bloating for entire day.
My diet is very regular: hot water immediately after waking up, breakfast at 7.30(equals 2chapattis + tea), 1bowl fruits around 12noon, 2chappati , salad, veg, curd in lunch, 1paratha at 5pm, dinner around 9. I take three-four times tea or coffee all without
sugar.
And I drink around 2litre water(hot water only)
in entire day.
What natural way should I opt to get rid of my constipated or dehydration issue ?
