Constipation
Dear Sir,
I am having constipation from last 1 year. Although I defecate daily in morning but I don't get fully satisfied in defecation.
I am taking
1. Pegicol Liquid 25 ml
2. Four Spoons of Isabgol
3. One capsule of becosule
daily at night before going to bed from last 1 month but my situation is almost same.
Please prescribe me some good medicine so, that my problem of constipation gets completely solved.

Usually this is because of eating habits of today's professional life. Please try to increase your water and liquid intake in routine life. Add salad and fruits to your diet thrice a day
