Constipation
My twins are 1year 1 month old. They have constipation since i introduced semi solid to them. I have been giving movicol on doctor prescription for 6 months but its not getting better. What should i try, diet or anything?

Decrease milk intake significantly also stop giving them bread, biscuits and toast. Also stop giving banana, pomegranate and grapes. After they wakes up in the morning give them freshly cooked breakfast, 15 minutes after BF make them sit in toilet for 5 minutes but you have to stay with them. If you do this much for three weeks your problem will get solved.

Give green leafy vegetables and fruits
Give plenty of liquids/ water to drink.
