Constipation
My stomach is always bloated and i am often constipated for long duration. Am taking softovac for last 4 months. That helps most of the time. Also have cronic haemoglobin issue. (Between 8 to 10)

Hi, Constipation is very common now a days due to bad lifestyles... Softovac is good but you are using since a long time so you must be evaluated... Lifestyle modifications are very important and increase fiber intake in your diet... Get CBC, Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D level done and share report with me in private consult...
