Constipation
My son who is 9 months old ,having constipation since 2 days ...I have given him taxim o syrup and pregermina ..Is it good for him in constipation???

Taxim syrup is a antibiotic used for some sort of infection Progermina Suspension is a probiotic preparation containing bacillus clausii. It is used to treat the alterations of intestinal bacterial flora due to diarrhoea or the use of antibiotics.

Is your child is having recurrent episodes or just one time things. Because if the baby having if the symptoms are there since birth then you should have an expert opinion But if it just started then you can add fivers in diet Look for stool consistency or whether the baby is having difficulty while passing stool

Taxim is antibiotic For constipation you need to do some diet modifications Like encourage plenty of oral fluids/water intake Give fiber rich diet like banana,freen leafy vegetables
