Constipation
My son not having stool from last few days, he went once or twice in last one week and that also very less, we gave him duphalac syrup as well but it's not working at all, because of constipation he not having food also. What we need to do please help. Looking for your suggestions please help. Thanks

Improve water intake ,give oats ,apples ,palak for fiber in diet ,avoid milk for few days .
This is general advice ,may need more details of history if long term constipation
