Constipation is common in toddlers during the period of toilet training or entry into playschool/nursery. Please continue to follow the diet and medication as suggested by your pediatrician.
Lymph nodes in abdomen are an important organ which form the firewall for the intestines. They release cells and substances which protect against infection. Enlarged lymph nodes in abdomen in children can be seen due to a current or recent stomach infection or respiratory infection, may be viral or bacterial.
Enlarged lymph nodes are not usually the culprit for constipation.
