If there is not a lot of straining, this is likely to be normal as long as The Poop is not very hard or pellet like

Completely breastfeed baby of 3 and half month may poop multiple times in a day or once in  about 7 to 10 days . both are considered normal as long as the baby is feeding well , gaining good weight , there is no vomiting , passing gas , the stomach is not distended and it's soft ...but definitely the baby should be checked with the pediatrician just to make sure that all this things are normal.
