Constipation
I have constipation since childhood. Water intake and fibery food doesn't help as I drink almost 8 liters of water a day and constipation is normal when I eat oily food outside. I strongly feel it is psychological. Stools are small and thin most of the times. I feel like going to loo all the time and I go 3-4 times a day.

Hello there, Looks like you are suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome.... Avoid problem foods. If certain foods make your signs and symptoms worse, don't eat them. These may include alcohol, chocolate, caffeinated beverages such as coffee and sodas, medications that contain caffeine, dairy products, and sugar-free sweeteners such as sorbitol or mannitol. . Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines.....
