Constipation
I have been having constipation for around 5 days roughly now. I have been intaking alot of papaw, banana and apples with drinking alot of warm water to enable to my motion to go. I got like a bit like loose motion in these past 5 days. Im 21 years girl. I feel a bit scared as i dont want to be sick. What should i do now?

Next Steps
DX – may consider: CBC, TSH/FT4, CMP. X-Ray of Abdomen, FOBT.

TX – Eliminate meds that cause, increase fluids, change diet (increase fiber). Rx: • Bulk forming agents: Metamucil (psyllium), Citrucel (methylcellulose). • Laxatives: Magnesium citrate, Lactulose, Miralax (polyethylene glycol). • Stool Softener (Colace).

Take plenty of water and fibre rich Vegetables like radish , carrot Drinking jeera decoction would be helpful.
