He passes stool in 3 or 4 days and the stool is very hard. So it is very difficult for him to pass. Kindly advice medicine for costipation or suitably.

At present give him plenty of water to drink . Make his diet with more fruits and vegetables.Add fibrous food like sprouts . Try to minimise biscuits and other junks if so . Mostly it will resolve his constipation

1)Ask your kid to pass the stool in squatting position, he might be passing the stool in standing position
2) give lots of fluid orally; fruits like papaya, banana, orange which contain lots of fibre, stop apple and pomegranates
3) stop milk and milk products like tea coffee ice cream, u can give curd and buttermilk in large amount
