Constipation
Facing constipation from 4 days. Notable points- 1. Little stomachache from yesterday 2. Blood coming with stools 3. No hard stools 4. no problem with gas 5. little stool everytime with blood 6. pain in upper part of left hip after sometime of eating anything

Hi there I understand your concern...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....Consult nearest physician or gastroenterologist they will do the needful.

Hello looks like amoebic colitis get stool examination done for ova and cysts get stool for culture sensitivity done get treated as per the results of the reports you will get rid of the present symptoms effectively.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. although you history is incomplete, i would like to make a few points. if you have blood streaked stools, it could be due to fissure in ano. if its frank blood, bleeding piles could be one cause. kindly get your stools checked out and consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Your symptoms are suggestive of an infection in the gut. Frank blood in stool is suggestive of haemorrhoids (Piles). You need to visit a surgeon who after a thorough physical examination would treat you for both your problems
