Constipation during pregnancy
Which laxative i should use during pregnancy? I have severe constipation. And i used to take dulcoflex. Now which laxative is safe and effective like dulcoflex.. please suggest

Syrup cremaffin(paraffin based) is better option.
Drink plenty of water
Increase diet more of vegetables and fruits
Keep physically active
