Constipation
Dear Sir, I am 23 yrs. of age and i m suffering from constipation since childhood. I have taken so many home remedies, avurvedic and even i had consulted doctor for same, but still i found no solution for my constipation. Even now if i dont take 'pat saffa' and tab. Cremalax 10mg, i dont feel urge to pass the stools for 6 to 7 days. But this treatment is also for shorter time. Plz help me to cure my constipation.

Hi sir. Try some natural way to treat constipation. DABUR NATURE CARE ISABGOL HUSK- one big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month. Take plenty of fluids , salads in each diet. Get Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery morning and night after meal.
Take worm tablets - chew tab. Zental 400 mg daily after dinner for consecutive 3 days
