Constipation, bulged stomach & asthama
I'm 30years old and I constantly suffer every single day with constipation. I have a sedentary lifestyle due to 15-17hrs of constant sitting corporate work and don't get time to exercise anytime. My diet includes breakfast as few biscuits ( parle g, Marie, Monaco etc) with tea, lunch includes some rice, dal, some curry, curd and snacks include tea & hide N seek biscuits, followed by dinner with 2 chappatis with dal. I don't get proper stool in morning or evening. Due to this i put pressure which leads to severe stomach pain later on in the day. When i Don't push and avoid, i get effected with asthama and suffers breathing properly. It takes hard for me to breathe and gases also doesn't pass to relieve. I have this asthama problem since childhood and I use foracort pump daily and during emergencies livolin pump. During periods, constipation becomes more severe, stomach gets bulged out and leads to severe asthama attack whole 3 days. Any help is greatly appreciated.
