Constipation
I'm 4 months pregnant,has constipation now and then .can I take dulcolax suppository. My dr  suggested me once in 2nd month.

You can have syrup duphalac after dinner, around 15-20ml. Walk for 10-15min after every meal. 3 litres water daily.

Dont take dulcolax suppository..it can induce preterm labour pains... Increase your water intake, around 15 glasses of luke warm water, eat high fibre diet, avoid things made from maida, avoid fast food, drink hot milk at night.. Having friuts and green leafy vegetables will help you a lot
