Constipation
As very rare (in 3/4 months, 5-6 days)I face tight stool so what is the measure / precautions to get rid of it. Bit blood comes while giving pressure as it cuts .

Hi., I can understand your concern. Prolonged constipation can lead to cuts called anal fissure.
Next Steps
use anovate cream locally at the site of cuts. take gudlax plus 10 ml at night (for constipation).

Add more fibres in your diet, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits. Avoid sitting too much. Regular walking and yoga. intake of adequate water.
